Hawaiii is where the modern Stand Up Paddle originates, there it is often called the "Beach Boy Surfing" as back in 1960s Surfer Boys of Waikiki used the SUP paddle to go out and take pictures of tourists learning surfing. Today Stand Up Paddle or SUP is available in most Ocean front vacation destinations, Puerto Vallarta being one of them. SUP has been popularized by celebrities and athletes and is now enjoyed by regular excitement seekers and ocean lovers.

Our guides will pick you up from your Puerto Vallarta resort or villa and drive you for a SUP lesson. We show you basic techniques and access any previous knowledge you might have, we will show you the proper stretching to prepare you for few hours of fun. Then we will show you how to navigate the board and use the currents to enjoy gliding on the Pacific Ocean and off to the waves you go!
